How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 480-256-9276 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.
Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 480-256-9276 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.
What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.
What are the check in/check out times?
Our normal check in time is 4:00 PM and or check out time is 10:00 AM. We can often arrange an early arrival or a late departure. Just be sure to let us know your needs when you book and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

What is provided at the property?
A fully stocked kitchen, linens, and all other household essentials including iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are made available at each property. We also provide enough paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soaps, and personal care products to get your stay started.

Do the properties have WiFi?
Yes, all of our properties include free secure WiFi.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. All credit card payments are made online through our secure PCI compliant payment system.

When are deposit and final payments due?
A deposit of 50% of the rent only (plus tax) is due upon booking; the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

What is the process for booking a property?
When an inquiry is received on one of our vacation rentals, one of our reservation specialists will provide a detailed quote. If you wish to proceed with the booking, we will send you an agreement for your review and electronic signatures. Booking is finalized after we receive your deposit payment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen events can cause a change in plans. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with us more than 60 days prior to arrival, a $150 cancellation fee is assessed. If canceling 30-59 days prior to arrival 1/2 of rent plus applicable tax shall be forfeited. If canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival no refunds shall be given. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance.

Do you offer accidental damage protection?
Yes. We offer the option of accidental damage protection or a refundable security deposit on all properties. Contact us for more detailed information.

Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes. Arizona Focus Realty strongly encourages guests to purchase traveler and/or trip insurance to protect against potential charges due to cancellation. Third party travel policies may be purchased directly through Arizona Focus Realty at the time of booking. Guests are also welcome to obtain travel/trip insurance from a provider of their choice. Do you offer mid-stay cleaning services?
Mid-stay cleanings are not a normal part of our process but we would be happy to make those arrangements for you.

How do we obtain access to the property?
Once your final payment has been made, we will supply you with property details and access instructions.

What is included in the rent?
Rent includes all utilities, cable and Internet. Where applicable, yard and pool maintenance are also included. Utility caps may apply for rental periods of longer than 30 days.

Is pool heat available? 
Many of our properties with pools do have the capability to be heated. Pool heat is offered at an additional rate and is property specific. Heating and use of spas is included in the rental rate, where applicable.

Are longer stays available?
Yes, our properties are available for longer stays. We often help accommodate corporate housing needs, those who may be displaced due to an insurance loss, or those who may be in transition between homes. Please inquire for details on stays of more than 30 days.
